The 皮普 暑期阅读计划 provides a balanced literacy program with an emphasis on phonological awareness, 解码, sight-word识别, 流利, 词汇表, 理解, 写作技巧. We provide a low student-teacher ratio so we are able to individualize instruction.

The 启动程序 is held two weeks before the opening of the school year. This newly designed program covers the same content areas as the 暑期阅读计划, but in review format to prepare students for the beginning of school. Jumpstart offers the same low student-teacher ratio as the three-week program. Both programs also help to advance and enrich the skills of children who have begun to read independently with little or no adult assistance.

谁会从我们的项目中受益?
- Children who have not secured letter/sound recognition, or who have not yet unlocked the code to becoming beginning readers.
- Children who are readers and want to further develop their skills in language arts.
